We didnt stay there because the non smoking room we were given didnt have a working central unit so they moved us to a smoking room that had bed bugs and dirt all over the bed when we pulled the sheets back. Staff then got rude and said if we wanted a refund we had to speak with hotel.com. Very disrespectful ...
