"The room was amazing, but the thing that stuck out to me the most was the amazing customer service. Ms. Keisha at the front desk was simply amazing. She greeted me at the door every time I walked in as if she wanted to be there not because she had to be. She was very informative about the area and even allowed me to check in early without having to pay a fee. She was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Ms. Keisha, for making my stay one to remember. "
