I booked a room online because it said check-in was from 11 am to 3 pm, but when I arrived, the manager told me check-in was at 3 pm and I couldn't wait until then. I decided to cancel the reservation through Expedia, but they wouldn't refund me because their check-in time had already passed (which was 11 am, as stated on the website). However, that didn't match the hotel's actual policy. I filed a claim and requested a refund with Expedia, attaching proof of the check-in time shown on the website and explaining the situation, but to date, I haven't received a response.

We had to kill a German roach crawling in the room. The shower was filthy, the toilet seat was about to fall off. There is no way housekeeping had cleaned or swept the bathroom or they would have seen the toilet bolt lying on the floor by the toilet.

The room was known nd of dirty they didn’t clean the floor or bathroom. The day shift front desk person was one of the nastiest, hateful people I’ve ever met. I will not go back mostly because of her very rude. Overall it was ok! Bad service is just unacceptable. It was the frail looking Haitian/african with the short hair!! She is hurting their business!
