"Thou check-in is at 3pm. Front desk told me to wait 30 mins for the room to be ready. She never called me back to the counter until I went back at 3:09 and another staff member assisted me instead. Also the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work and there was no signage on it. The second floor one didn’t work either until we went to the 3rd floor to get the ice."
