"The staff were so warm and helpful, the property is in fabulous condition. It was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. There was so much for kids to do and without the canned / processed feeling of an all-inclusive. We had the best time and hope to go back! "

"The staff was excellent. Yaneli at Oyster Bar went out of her way to ensure our dinner experience was great. Miguel, Bryan, Rafael, and Roger and the cooks at Colores were friendly and attentive excellent service. Nayeli at the archery range was excellent as well. She made it fun and safe. Kudos to all the staff they made it a wonderful stay. "

"I like pretty much everything about this place, nice and clean with the stuff going the extra mile trying to help me, the one thing that I encounter was that out of the two elevators only one of them was working and sometimes it would take longer or it would get full quickly, other than that I would definitely stay there again…"
