"Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! ..."

"The sheets looked old and felt unclean, and there were also food crumbs under the table in the room. To top it off, I found a small cockroach on the bed in the morning. I took a picture of it and made the person at the reception aware; they were apologetic and indicated that the manager wasn't going to be back until Monday, June 8th"
