"Parking was secure. Room was clean and I enjoyed the new standard of Dove soap. Beds were comfortable and the HVAC unit worked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and professional. I can't wait to come back next year when we visit Water Country USA."

"So we really enjoyed the house and the location of this property. The house was beautiful and described accurately. I gave 5 stars because we really enjoyed this place, however, we did want to mention the mattresses could use an upgrade. I stayed in the room with 3 twins, the mattresses were hard and frames were squeaky. My sister stayed in the other bedroom upstairs and also mentioned the bed could be upgraded. My bestfriend and her family stayed in the master downstairs, she could not sleep in the bed and had to sleep in the small daybed with her son because the bed was too uncomfortable for her. I completely understand that it’s very hard to have beds that everyone is satisfied with but the consensus of 5 adults was that we loved the house, location, atmosphere but the beds were the downfall. If the beds get an upgrade we would 10000000% stay here in the future! "
