"Perfect rental for two! Awesome pool & deep hot tub with amazing ocean view. Excellent location with grocery, coffee shops & restaurant all in walking distance. Peaceful relaxation in a clean & comfortable space with private entrance & parking right out front. Good temperature in this downstairs unit with just the fan going, no AC needed. Lots of thoughtful touches…beach towels, cooler, umbrella, guide book, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!"

"The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers. The room is clean and full of amenities. Within the retreat, there are club house, laundry place and BBQ place, very cute and well maintained. Thank you for hosting us! ."
