"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Hot Springs. My husband is VERY particular about where we stay and he approves of Hotel Hot Springs. It has changed a lot in the past 5 years but still worth it. "

"Beautiful property, ended up with balcony room overlooking the lake. But somewhat difficult to transfer luggage and valuables from west lot, up elevator to room on east side of 3rd floor. Caution: very steep (almost hidden) drive access; came from several directions to find it, used 1st gear to descend and climb back up to street level"

"Very nice place to stay. Easy access to the highway or town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The elevator always returns to the lobby after call. Love that feature."
