The system was central control and when I asked the AI to cool it turned on the heat. After multiple attempts to communicate, I had to get dressed again and go to the lobby to find a human. The room was nice and the pillows were great but the mattress could have been better. We would probably stay again but next time would discuss the room temperature before we tried to sleep."
