Small rooms , uncomfortable beds by no means a 4 star hotel . Lobby is nice but really needs an update .bath is tiny . Not good Staff was really friendly. In not cheap either

Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow
This is a....functional...hotel. There is nothing special or stand-out about it. There were stains on the bed skirt, stains on the ottoman fabric. The spout for the tub was loose from the wall. That said.... there was art on the walls, the AC worked well and the staff was nice.

The hotel is in a nice area near the Galleria Mall. It’s a nice, clean hotel. The only downside for me was the service in the onsite restaurant was extremely slow in getting our food. The valet was slow. Overall the hotel was a good value for our stay.
