I arrived at 1.00am to a closed hotel for all intents and purposes. When I finally located the registration desk. No one there but a sign on the desk said “sorry for the inconvenience a clerk will be here at 7.00am. Kind of tough to check in under the circumstances. Had to leave and try and locate a reasonable hotel at 1.30 am. Not a pleasant experience. Room was prepaid but I can’t seem to get anyone to respond as to how this might happen. NOT HAPPY.

The property is very old and it is being remodeled. It looks like a Ghost Motel. Employees were very nice. They had great hot water. The pool was nice but it was a bit cold. Your advertisement should state it's being remodeled.

The room was so gross , there was blood on the walls and the rug, there was bugs in the room ,the shower was so dirty ..the place looked like it wasn't even opened ...didn't even stay there it was so gross

Bathroom not cleaned before out stay. Tv did not work. Phone did not work. Loud music all night. Broken glass door to enter. Flickering light on/off in hallway. Used condom under sliding glass door. Staff was in room off lobby all night loud music and nobody at front desk. Had to wait for service.

The only staff on duty at night is our frontdesk staff. Other staff was hired by the party whom rented the banquet hall. If you can share with me the room had I will gladly look into this matter. Our maintenance team is waiting on bulbs so the blinking light can be changed. It was my decision to keep light on instead of complete darkness.
