Our room was clean, comfortable and when I let the staff know of an issue, they corrected it. A few electronics need to be replaced, blow dryer, iron, waffle maker(timer not working) There wasn’t enough batter for the waffle when we arrived at 8 am and only desk clerk to notify who was busy, so we didn’t. Our key cards had to be redone 3 times

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My room was nice and quite, so probably no one staying in the room above mine that night. The breakfast was good, especially the sausages. One bummer was the ice machine on my floor didn't work.
