"The hotel was your average budget hotel, which is fine. The really poor thing was that the shower head was about 5'6" sbove the floor, so brush up on your limbo skills before staying there if you are taller than 5'6"."

"I recently stayed at a hotel in La Habra for two days, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.First, my room key kept not working, which forced me to go back and forth to the front office multiple times just to get into my room. That alone was frustrating and inconvenient.On top of that, the noise from the room above me was extremely loud. The guests were constantly walking and pacing, and I could hear everything very clearly. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep or relax at all during my stay. I did report it, but nothing was done to fix the issue and the staff maids come into my room when I wasn’t aware of that. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or able to enjoy my stay, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel in the first place. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests."

"I enjoyed the room. It has a fridge, microwave, and nice tv. It was very clean. It is cleaned daily which I appreciated. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. The only issue I had was when I checked in. The front desk staff was rude. They did not know what the “third party” partners rules and regulations were. I contacted Hotels.com and it was figured out right away. On the second day which was a Wednesday staff came to the door shouting “Are you checking out or what?” I said, “I'm here until Saturday” that staff was the cleaning crew. I just didn’t understand how they didn’t know I wasn’t checking out. Luckily I was there so they wouldn’t toss my stuff. Other than the staff the room was exactly what I have been looking for. I will stay here again and definitely avoid staff. Room: comfortable bed, pillows are ok. Clean towels. Very clean and cleaned daily. Parking: lots of parking. Pool: very clean and accessible. Property: very clean. Room Amenities: fridge, phone, microwave, tv, keurig. all available Surroundings: excellent fast food/restaurants and shopping, close to hospitals."
