The house was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for something in the middle of everything this is not for you. If you are looking a quiet place with fantastic river views and no neighbors (I was able to see 1 house from the porch but it was almost a half mile away on the other side of the river and I had to use binoculars) in one of America's Best Kept Secrets National parks this is exactly the place for you."
