Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center
"Overall, our stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, and the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our first impression was very different because of the front desk employee, Iris. She was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful during check-in. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We were the only Brown guests in the lobby at the time, while the other guests were Caucasian, and we left with the strong impression that we were treated differently because of our race. Everyone else on the staff made up for that experience with exceptional customer service, and we truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I hope management addresses this issue so that every guest receives the same level of respect and courtesy from the moment they walk through the door."
