Ok Place could do worse

Pros: Location
Location: You are walking distance from everything: Space Needle, Arcade, Miniature Golf, 7D gaming, Wall-greens, Restaurants . . . etc.
Location is great, you can walk to most places in town. If you are looking for comfort and saving a buck, this is a good selection. If you are seeking a higher end vacation look at Park Vista up the road. Overall, not a bad hotel--I would book the room again.

Dirty..Horrible Experience

Hotel appeared to be clean and nice in pictures. Really wish I had trusted other reviews! Room was disgusting. Huge glob of hair on bathroom floor, toilet paper holder was ripped off wall, shower handle was lose, and food/grease markings on wall. The worst part of room was when we attempted to pull out couch for pull out bed, we were smacked in the face with the worst urine smell. I talked to front desk staff to see if I could get another room. They were sold out. SO disappointed I spent $245 a night in this dump. If you’re thinking of booking, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere!

1 Minute Walk To Main Strip

Pros: The access to the main strip. Staff was wonderful. Fridge, coffee pot in the room was helpful.
Cons: New Carpet in the Rooms, Fix the weight machine in the gym, Have a different variety for breakfast, Rooms could be a little cleaner.
Location: 1 Minute walk to main strip. Ripley's Believe It or Not is right on the corner. Great Location if you want to be off the main strip.
If you are looking for a hotel with a gym this was disappointing. They have 3 pieces of equipment. Treadmill, Ellip. and weight machine with cables ( which did not work). Pool was disappointing ( we never used it..was not inviting at all) The room was okay. The carpet was very stained, we found popcorn and jelly beans under the bed. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on the ground. ( SUPER HARD) The breakfast was waffles, biscuit and gravy, and sas...along with fruit and cereal( EVERY MORNING) and we were there 5 days. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work, we had to go to the lobby or the 3rd. floor. There is not anyplace to put your trash ( you have to carry it down to the Lobby) which there was 2 small trash cans in the room, but if you have pizza boxes etc. there is not a place on your floor to dispose of. This hotel allows animals ( so if you want to be woke up every morning by barking dogs then this is your place) STAFF WAS GREAT ! it is off the main strip which I liked do to all the hustle and bustle. The view from the room was very trashy...you look at a run down motel and a bunch of white vans that are broke down. Back room views you look at a parking lot and woods. The price of the stay was very good, but there were many nights we wanted to check out, and go somewhere else. If I had not booked for the week we would have. We will not stay at this hotel again, due to as you walk down the strip you will find a lot more nicer places.

Very pleased

Okay let's start with arriving, only downfall is there is no sign to tell you the hotel is down that road. Checking inthere was a girl working on keys and the manager starts to checking me in ask for my id, while I'm getting it he decides to answer the phone with the girl standing there after standing 5 minutes he decides to let her finish me. I inform her that I have my dog she says no problem that's a fee of $120. I knew it was $40 a night but the way she said it seemed to be $120 up front and then $40 more a night. Kinda in shocked I didn't say nothing, get my key we start to unload our bags and the dog. Get to the 3rd floor with hands full, key don't work. Finally walk into room, instantly pleased Room was small but it was clean, and cozy! Bathroom was super nice with a big tub. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect! Looking out the balcony doors you could see the strip but it was back just enough you didn't here the noise of the town. But there definitely is not enough parking! Breakfast was pretty decent and the kitchen people was really nice. Pool is not heated so it was pretty chilly but it is open until 12am! Housekeeping won't come into your room (if you have a pet) unless your there to restrain it, well for us it was hard seeing the housekeeping didn't come until 3 and by then we done took off for the day so no clean towels or trash taken out of the room. Checking out was easy! The girl definitely gave me better service then I got checking in

Gatlinburg Trip

Pros: Everything
Cons: Wouldn't change anything
The room was excellent (clean and roomey). The staff very helpfully in answering any questions. The breakfast they offer was subper (they had eggs, sausage, sausage and gravy, biscuits, English muffins, white and wheat toast, 3 types of cereals, oatmeal and more. ). The hotel was in walking distance to many shops and exhibits.
