Gatlinburg apartment
The apartment was not as nice or clean as I had hoped. The towels had stains, the bathroom rug looked dirty, the air conditioners were not easy to operate and the toilet was running during the whole stay. Also, there was no dresser or chest of drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases. I also did not like that the apartment is directly in front of the elevator. Initially (before the stay) the host was very responsive however, when I attempted to reach her to advise her about the toilet, she did not reply. I eventually figured out how to reach her by phone & she claimed she did not receive my messages sent via VRBO. She said she would send a plumber but that never happened. The only positive was the location of the building. We were able to walk to many of the nearby resuand attractions.
