It seemed like our room had previous ant issues. Out entire bathtub and restroom floor was full of dead ants. Other than that the staff were very nice - breakfast was good and convenient!

The staff, breakfast, and hotel room was ok. The biggest complaint I have is that we saw a couple of small cockroaches when getting water from the table and hot water/coffee machine in the lobby. There shouldn’t be anh bugs/cockroaches, and I definitely don’t want to bring any of those home to repopulate. Some small improvements are adding more variety to the complimentary breakfast and to clean up the trash around the parking lot.

I would certainly consider staying here again. The breakfast selections exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, although I did occasionally notice a few ants. While my towels were replaced regularly, the restroom could have benefited from a quick sweep. A quick sweep would have made a positive difference. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this establishment.

It was disappointing that early check-in was not an option. Especially with driving from out of town. I would have gladly paid an extra fee for early check-in. But despite this, the room was clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for I guess. The room itself wasn’t bad, the hotel lobby is the only thing updated. The hall ways have no air conditioning. The carpets & couches in the hallway are old and smelly. I asked for extra towels 3 times and never received them.

The staff was awesome! And the property was clean and picked up i rated it 4 stars for cleanliness, property condition and overall because there seemed to be mold growing in our bathroom. It was also very hot and humid in there almost as if no AC or little to no ventilation which is what is causing the mold im assuming. Everything else was a pretty standard experience. The breakfast was disappointing but i wasnt expecting anything crazy. Again, the people that worked there were great, helpful and friendly and this property isnt far from Disney if thats what youre in town for!

We had a good stay at this property. Accidentally booked a smoking room instead of non-smoking. The breakfast was decent and we really weren’t spending much time at the hotel so we just needed a clean place to sleep and rest after the Disney parks. The only huge bummer was that the ART station is no longer outside the hotel, so we had to walk to/from the nearest station, which was at the Great Wolf Lodge (0.5 mi away).
