"I had an issue with updating my room, ny birthday Is today .. I tried to explain to the checking desk I was 4hrs late. B/C I had my 82 yr old mother & had to tow ny car & proceeded to come after getting on a Grey Hound Bus to Atlantic City.. When I woke up I tried again going to the checkout desk to explain ny situation & wanted to extend my stay. ORIGINALLY I booked the room with ny Capital Card for 4 days at 10am in June 3rd. AFTER reaching the Harrahs hotel I notice I Forgot my New York State ID in my car that towed hrs ago before a boarded the Grey Hound. Thank God my Mother Had her ID. By this point the room said in the checkout computer that it was for 1 day . please 🙏 make this right b/c Iam in the Marketing Industry & I really don't want to make this public Via Socal Media & FM Radio on the East Coast.. My name is Trevor G. Isaacs the 3rd please rectify this in a timely manor"
