✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. We really enjoyed our extended weekend stay in this Cozi Vacation Rentals condo. It was basically brand new, very clean, well-stocked, comfortable bed and living space, good location too. Best place to stay!
We had such a great time during our stay! The place was so romantic and quiet. No road noise and neighbors were quiet. The place was clean and well taken care of, just beautiful inside and out. The backyard area is so quaint, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of shopping downtown. The location was perfect. We were minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go and explore. I really can’t say enough good things about it. This will be our new go to place to stay!

Cutest Couples Getaway!
My husband and I were visiting for my birthday weekend. This house had the best location. It was close to town but still nice and quiet. The house was super cute and we loved the backyard area. Check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice getaway with your spouse!
