"Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Great location for attending performances at Blumenthal with many nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway built around a show or concert. Rooms that overlook 5th Street (most of them?) are going to endure noise from the nightclub across the street. It's not a deal breaker but something to be aware of going in. They try to mitigate with free earplugs and there is a relaxing channel on the TV of beach scenes and waves. I didn't notice as much the second night due to being tired from our fun matinee show at Blumenthal. They can't control a noisy neighbor so some patience is required. Desk staff made us feel at home and that is a rare thing these days."
