"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. "The TV did not connect to the internet, so it didn’t work even the internet for the wifi worked fine. Otherwise the staff was great and the hotel is a bit old school, but it still seem to work. The door just need a little push and the condens on the windows is charm."

"The single bedroom was perfect - nice shower room and comfy bed, good tea/coffee selection. The outside of the hotel looks really shabby, it desperately needs a coat of paint. Inside however the bar are was nice and the buffet breakfast very good. I’d stay again due to its reasonable rates"
