National 9 Inn Placerville
"I’ve been to this property twice now. This is motel off of the highway, but it’s grade separated so the road noise isn’t an issue. The property has free parking and WiFi. Upon entering the room there is newly added pine-looking cabinet, place to put luggage, and table. The bed is a bit lumpy, but still can sleep through it. In the winter time there is a hvac room unit but I didn’t use it. The sink is outside - retro color. I haven’t seen anywhere else with a stainless steel Kleenex box affixed to the wall. It’s a combined bath and shower, toilet beside. It’s well maintained. All the windows are double pane vinyl. They do a great job cleaning the bathroom. With a reasonable price and clean, great place to stop along the way to Tahoe or to visit the amazing Placerville downtown."
