I already called their customer service

It wasn't great and it's supposed to be a Best Western I'm really surprised. The pool was really dirty tons of leaves. They only have they had like three giant buildings and there was only ice in one of them down at the far end that's odd you couldn't even find a soda machine or anything anywhere it was not good.

Employees were very nice and accommodating unfortunately the first room they gave us didn’t work, maintenance hadn’t corrected the problem in that room. We had to move buildings and 2nd floor with no elevators.

Getting better all the time

I have stayed at this property a number of times over the years and there has been a significant upgrade in the rooms. The room darkening shades were among the best I've seen anywhere. For the second year now, I could not get the lobby computer to print my boarding pass. The desk chair was broken. In a climate where pretty much anything grows, it was a missed opportunity to have faded, plastic plants at the main entrance. The most significant issue with this property is that at least 50% of the rooms are on a second level -- reached only by climbing, and dragging your luggage, up a flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues, you best call the property directly to assure that you have been assigned a main floor room. Apparently, the original property has been "grandfathered" so as not to have to conform with the ADA code or State regulation for an elevator.

Turned away, an elderly abused woman tired sore. I had no id and no credit card or picyue on . I was frauded then to to the off, my purse was stolen from the prior place is redding. I was angry and crying at the same time. I did of a bit and they bad.
