Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport
"They did not put three bath towels in our room, even though we specified three guests on our reservation and in the special request form. It was warm and humid outside so we turned on the air conditioning, but it made no difference - the room was still uncomfortably warm. We tried opening the window but is was stuck in the ventilation tilt position and we couldn’t open it further to get more cool air overnight. The floor of the shower had dark stains. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain which means there is probably debris or hair stuck somewhere down the drain pipe. Yuck. We pre-booked our parking in the garage giving our arrival and departure dates and times. But neither the website or email from the garage specified whether we could go out and return without paying the day fee again. We went out for one last dinner in Ireland dinner after checking in and dropping off our bags and had to take another €14 ticket to enter. We asked the front desk about this and they validated our second garage ticket so we didn’t need to pay again. I wish the “in and out” privileges were included with the parking info."
