The room was great - nice and clean! The free breakfast was awesome - great selection and really good food! The only downside was the pool was absolutely freezing. We were looking forward to using the pool every day....we only used it the first day for about 10 minutes because it was unbearable. That would be the only thing that could be better.

The carpet in the room was gross. Everywhere else in the room was clean. Ice machine on the second and third floor we're not working. They should let you know you if you have to pay for parking. When I needed help to bring my luggage downstairs, they said that no one was availabl to assist me.

My family and I enjoyed it very much. The suite was perfect for all of us and had a cute little "kitchenette" area. My only issue was the room wasn't restocked all the way (body wash was empty, shampoo n conditioner were running out, no hand soap) and it was setup for three people instead of five. But they are a very accommodating and nice staff if you have any issues.
