Radisson Blu Mall of America
"This hotel is wonderful! The convenience of being connected to the mall is unmatched. I booked two rooms and had them connected (there’s a fee to do this of $35 per room each night). It was a total of 6 between both rooms, so space was not an issue. The pool not being in service really sucked lol (it’s been down for almost a year). The king bedroom featured a very weird shower that my wife didn’t care for. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The staff is phenomenal and helpful all around. The entrance to the rooms features tiled flooring and was very slippery when wearing socks. The hotel is very well maintained by staff, but the red chairs in the lobby by the restaurant need to be replaced due to frequent wear. Valet is reasonable, so be sure to tip! On Sunday, if you plan on eating in the mall, do so before 7 p.m. because they pack that place up and not a minute after. Oh, if you order from the restaurant Cowboy Jacks, be sure that it is the one in the mall and not the other location. But do yourself a favor and find something better because it really wasn’t that great."
