The hotel was very nice, however, the water in the shower never really got hot and I could never get the wifi to connect. The option to stream Netflix was on the tv but I couldn’t get it to launch.

The sheets and bathroom were clean. The heater was loaded with dust, I had to clean it to stop the burning smell. At check in the guy at the front stated he was all alone for the night due to being understaffed so there was no housekeeping to set up the sofa bed. Poor guy. He was nice enough to realize what he was saying when I told him there was no way I could sleep in a room with feathers due to my allergy and left his post to go check the room and make sure there were sheets for the pull out.

The lady who assisted me was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked simple questions, she wouldn't make eye contact, and her responses were short and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. The lack of friendliness and basic courtesy was shocking, especially when you're paying for a service. This behavior really set the tone for my stay and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.
