"The place is centrally located because it is with in the walls. Getting luggage down and up the stairs was a challenge. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. There was a coffee and tea maker but no coffee, tea or anything to put in the coffee maker. Communication was a little difficult as it was not answered quickly. Could really use a luggage storage as check in was at 3:00 and check out at 10:00. There are many restaurants right down the stairs and many choices. When the windows were closed it was soundproof which is great for sleeping. They were able to arrange for a car (Boris) he was very helpful. Great location, near food not really great if you can’t carry luggage down and up a thin hallway."

"The room was perfect. It was gorgeously decorated and had all the things you need including a hairdryer, fresh towels, small fridge and kettle. The location was genuinely amazing, right in the heart of old town a literal step away from amazing restaurants and wine bars. The only thing to be aware of are the steps, so if you have suitcases it is a bit of an effort."

"A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."
