I had a stay at the Holiday Inn Express on May 14 – 15 ( Room 122) in Lawrence Ma. During my stay I was inconvenienced, the television reception was not functioning properly and wanted to watch the NBA Playoff Celtics game. I contacted the front desk and they where very polite and did their best to correct the TV mis hap , but unsuccessful result. My party and I opted to travel to a local establishment to enjoy the game ( J Brian’s) . I want to ask if there might be something else that Expedia / Holiday Express may be able to offer for our inconvenience? Overall the stay was pleasant and staff very accommodating. The ceiling in our room was stained and crudley patched. I reported a hair in the eggs to a worker and she stirred the eggs hiding the hair when I walked away. I reported the incident to the desk clerk who made her throw them away. We stayed on May 3rd.
