"Staff: All helpful and friendly. Room: (1) Curtains need replaced. Noticed in 2 of 2 rooms seen. (2) Bathroom vent did not work. Main bathroom light did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Fitness Center: 1 of 2 treadmills did not work. Operating treadmill noisy, as if near failure. Overall: Facility needs to be on a five year renovation schedule of rotational rooms undergoing perpetual upgrades. Also need a maintenance team. Suggestion: Local manager work with the local high school vocational center to establish an OJT program for finding motivated maintenance personnel at a lower cost to employ."
