"The hotels staff is lovely and their restaurant is good, location is great too. The problem is that the hotel's deluxe room is basically have no sound insulation, so be ready for that - they even have earplugs as a standard item waiting for you in the room. My worst experience though comes from how i was handled by hotel's reception and management."
