"This hotel is amazing and very well priced. It's beautiful, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The woman that checked us in, Duoaa went above and beyond to give helpful suggestions and routes for our short stay. The young men at the desk were quick and very helpful in making sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The only slightly weird thing is some of the mirror edges on the bathroom doors allowed to be seen from bathroom to bed. 😅 But everything else was exceptional. "

"This is a wonderful high-end hotel. It is centrally located in a very walk-able city. We were a very late check-in & bar was closing but they accommodated our bar visit for over an hour. The staff is outstanding. The concierge appears stiff but he is so excellent at his job. Our connecting river cruise had a mix-up and he worked with us until all was cleared up all the while calming our nerves. He is quite the gem. We did not have breakfast as we chose to enjoy the wonderful pastries offered in the city. The room was exceptionally comfortable, bed linens fabulous, very clean with large bathroom"

"Super convenient! We ended our Viking River Cruise and wanted to stay an extra night in Budapest. The hotel was just across the street from the dock. Hotel staff were great, especially the concierge. Room was clean, beds comfortable and large bathroom. We had a river view that was spectacular. "
