"Only two complaints was there was a large gap under the door so I was cold. And the lack of heat not helping my coldness. The shower is phenomenal hot water forever and amazing water pressure. A baby alpaca live at the hotel and she is my new best friend. Every employee there went above and beyond to help us. I would let any of them use me as a reference on their resume. Normally I would want to gate-keep a place this good. "
