Good, but potential for great
The property was in a very good location. The view from this 5th floor unit was great, with a sliver of the ocean showing between the buildings on the beach. The beach was just a short 5 minute walk through the parking lot and then a walkway between those 2 buildings to the beach. We did run into 2 problems. A dining room chair was broken when we arrived and the bench at the DR table was wobbly. It looked like newer furniture throughout, but maybe not the most durable. Also, we had a newer working refrigerator with cosmetic damage?that had recently been delivered, but the owner wanted to replace it during our stay, which would have meant that we would have been without a cool refrig for at least several hours with no place to go with our food. The property manager did contact us and said he would try to make arrangements to take care of it after we left. Overall, a nice clean unit which seemed to be recently updated.
