"Paper thin walls, room wasn't cleaned properly, dirty linens, no natural night and a broken AC unit left the room at 75 degrees. This was one of the worst stays I've had at a Hyatt property. You'd expect alot more and better for nearly $500. The only good thing here was the staff and customer service. ..."

"For the amount of money the rooms needed to be updated. The towels were thin and the bedding didn’t keep you warm. No hangers to hand your clothes or a luggage rack. The best thing about the hotel is of course location! The coffe was pretty good as well. The parking not so great."
