What is most annoying is what happened/didn't happen next. No customer care, no management, pretty poor all round. ..."

"Great place! Quiet spot next to the SBahn (I think) and i short walk to Porsdamer Platz station. The only complaint was the air conditioning. It was quite warm in our east facing room. Windows didn't do much to help."
