"The room i checked into the tub was stopped up and the TV did not work. I called down to the front desk about the TV. After over an hour of no one coming to check on the TV I called again. The person asked if I was told how to reset the TV. I said not. I thinknits the remote. They told me to come down and get another on. I did. This one did not work. I went back down and was moved to another room. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night were I found a huge roach on the wall. At around 6:45am I was awaken by a knocking sound from across the hall. It was a dog knock on the door loudly because the owners had left him in the room alone. This lasted for about 1 hour."

"I would strongly advise anyone not to stay at this hotel. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The sheets in my room were dirty and appeared to have been left from the previous guest. Housekeeping had clearly not changed the bedding before my arrival. When I called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Because the situation was not resolved, I had to go to Target and purchase my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to sleep comfortably. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
