"The house was clean. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The view from the upstairs deck was lovely. Communication with the host was great. We loved walking to the beach. And exploring the rocky areas at the beach during low tide (search the internet low tide times each day) was one of my favorite things to do. We saw so many starfish and crabs. The house is very large with plenty of room to spread out. Take a close look at the bed configuration if you plan on having a large group (not an issue for us, as we only used half the bedrooms.) The living room photographs well, but would be more useful if furnished with something comfortable instead. If you plan to use the kitchen to cook meals, I recommend taking stock of the kitchen to make sure you have everything needed. We found it lacking several things we consider basics, like a pasta strainer, or baking sheet large enough for a pizza. And the refrigerator is a smaller apartment size fridge.The listing says bikes and arcade. The bikes are a couple of small children's bikes. The "arcade" is a den with boardgames.All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would come back."
