An amazing staff greeted us at the front door, quickly grabbing our luggage. The front desk staff was able to get us checked in hours early and gave us a complimentary upgrade with a view of Fenway Park. Upon hearing we were headed to the zoo, the front desk offered us cold bottles of water to take on our trip.

My husband and I stayed in town for a few days for our anniversary. The hotel was extremely clean & up to date. The entire staff was amazing; very helpful, pleasant to interact with and they were very welcoming. Our walk to Fenway was a quick 5 minutes. Alot of restaurant options around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Everyone from the front entrance -reception staff -housekeeping & in room dining was absolutely amazing!!! The service we received was unlike any other hotel we have stayed at!
