Staff was wonderful. Nice and clean. They will bring up anything extra you need for coffee or blankets etc. The only issue I had was how loud I could hear each room to the sides of me and the hallway, but other than that everything was great.

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."
