There was no breakfast. It was a Starbucks downstairs. There was no conditioner and hand soap in our room. They were out of hand soap. The staff were friendly.

The hotel entrance doors jammed, there were two elevators but only one was working (the working elevator was very slow). the hotel was dirty with lots of stains on the carpets.
