"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The shower in the accessible room were in was not clean. The bottom floor corners and edges were covered in mold. Hair found in the sink area. The shower needed a hand held device so we changed rooms. No problem afterwards."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. No off smells in the lobby or the rooms. You can smell the chlorine from the pool but no moldy or musty smells at all (huge plus!). We even witnessed the breakfast attendant Joe scooping ice cream (an off-menu item!) onto the hotel waffles for some of the younger guests! He called them "Grampa Waffles" and told us all that "when you stay here, you're treated like family". It made us smile so kudos to Joe for going above and beyond!"
