The shower was not the cleanest. The grout was gross the vent had dust so thick. The elevator was not working had I known that I would have requested a room in first floor so my mom wouldn’t have had to climb the stairs with her bad knee

The large pool was closed for 2 days. The biscuits and gravy option at breakfast was a little disappointing, biscuits were generally too hard and the gravy wasn’t very good.
