BED BUGS

Absolutely Disgusting – Bed Bugs Found Immediately I walked into the room & within a minute found bed bugs. I didn’t even unpack I left immediately. This was completely unacceptable. I reported it right away, Yet here I am, still waiting on a refund. I did not stay at this hotel, & I had to make last minute arrangements elsewhere. I expected better handling of such a serious issue. This experience was beyond disappointing, & I would never recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel was very nice and tried to give above and beyond, however the extra fees were larger than stated on website and ultimately I could have paid half for anything I needed at a different hotel and had more money in my pocket.
