This is a wonderful hotel….. good location, facilities, and staff. The front desk, Marshall, went over and beyond to help me when I could not access my room. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. The only clitch was when I asked about a nearby restaurant (the hotel restaurant was closed), he could only direct me to the taco place across the street stating I would need to walk several blocks for anything else. I asked about the place I had seen within the same block as the hotel. He stated that was attached to a hotel. I went there on my own, The Cricket Club…. Live music, great food, friendly bar! Highly recommend!!! Went to breakfast at the at the hotel….. The omelet was hsrfly cooked!! My room had an outside entrance. Assuming since clocks had just been changed, outside lights were still on old schedule . Walkway was very dark and “scary” until lights came on later in the evening. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My comments are meant to be helpful not complaining. I will be back!!

Absolutely loved the courtesy and kindness of the staff. The room was spotless and provided all the amenities we needed and more. The convenience of the location and the added luxury of the balcony overlooking the ocean were perfect! My only issue was that there was no complimentary breakfast for a hotel with those rates.

We got a mediocre room ,227, with a loud blower running right outside It could be easily rectified with a sound barrier Also pathetic single ply TP. I think for what we paid that kind of penny pinching is uncalled for Otherwise a beautiful place in a beautiful place.

Loved staying here! It's an older hotel, but has been kept up quite well. Lovely room, and you can't beat the ocean view from those balcony rocking chairs. Also enjoyed the music from the bar below.
