There was a fire alarm and evacuation in the middle of the night. There was no visible leadership updating folks or reassuring them at all. We didn't even realize it was safe to use the elevators to go back to our rooms so we sat down stairs for quite a while until we realized this on our own. The stay was wonderful otherwise.

Nice hotel! Very comfortable and clean room and easy check-in. My only negative point is that the hallway was very noisy with people talking starting at about 7am. Night was quiet though.
