"Our first room was not right - there was a problem with the door not closing properly in one of the bathrooms, an odd smell coming from the other bathroom, and the living space was not as described (although they had 'upgraded' us to a 3 bedroom which we didn't need - so the room type was different). The next day we asked for a two bedroom, as ordered, with the larger living space - and were upgraded to a three bedroom with huge living space and amazing view - on the 71st floor - absolutely spectacular view! "
