We checked in and left 30 mins after. The bed was broken, the bed was held up by wood, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the couch was all stained, the front desk was rude. Had to fight to get refunded. No other rooms available

No additional accommodation was made for having to miss dinner reservations that same evening. We went to the XO bar and received horrible service. The waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her and did not seem like she wanted to be there. When attempting to get drinks at the pool bar it took over 15 minutes to get a single drink. Those staff also seemed very disinterested and acted as if they did not want to be there. All and all this is not the experience I would have expected from an Omni and I will not be going back. "
